We've got IT covered.
Reduced IT budgets, security compliance and breaches, and coordinating the IT needs of different departments and varied facilities are typical C-level challenges. As a cloud-based (SaaS) platform that is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Halo requires little IT support burden while being scalable to meet an organization’s needs. Highly configurable without the pitfalls of customization, we have proven enterprise implementation in multi-hospital, academic and private health systems.
Halo integrates with Active Directory/LDAP and SAML, all major Single Sign-On (SSO) software vendors and with the API using a variety of protocols including TAP, SMTP, SNPP, WCTP among others. Device agnostic, the application is available for mobile devices and desktop users.
Halo offers reliability and security by leveraging the Amazon enterprise platform, ISO 27000 series and SSAE 16. We have strict security features to protect PHI, including encryption at all levels, SOC II and HITRUST certifications. The platform can easily be deployed in phases over time, adapting to the health system needs and requirements, and with no proprietary language, administration is simple.
